Oakleaf Partnership are working with our client based in Manchester City Centre to source a HR Business Partner as they enter a period of change on permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to support and guide stakeholders and employees alike through this period monitoring performance in the dedicated business area and identifying areas for improvement but also championing and recognising success.

As the HR Business Partner in this global organisation, you will report into the Head of HR Business Partnering, working closely with stakeholders and focus groups on all people related activities and initiatives. Your duties will include but will not be limited to;

  • Align yourself as a strategic partner to the organisation but during the period of change be prepared to step in on operational duties
  • Build and nurture string relations ships across the business
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR function on people projects
  • Lead on annual cyclical activities within your designated business area

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience of operating within a HR Business Partner role within a commercial organisation that has been through significant change with a proactive approach to your work load as well possessing string leadership skills with high level influencing skills.
