Macmillan Davies are currently looking to attract an experienced Talent & Resourcing Manager on behalf of a successful and growing professional services business based in the north-west.

The Talent & Resourcing Manager will be responsible for all recruitment related activity across this multi-site business, including international recruitment.
Your role will ask you to:

*Review and improve the recruitment and candidate attraction strategy to allow hiring managers to on-board and retain colleagues from a diverse range of backgrounds who represent company values and culture
*Supporting hiring managers across the business to attract and recruit based on their requirements in a timely and proactive manner
*Advise the business on and implement best recruitment practices and processes
*Working with and managing external supplier relationships with a keen eye on commercial returns
*Redefining and developing the Company EVP and promoting and adding value on ED&I procedures and policies.
*Coach, lead and develop ateam of c8 to strive for excellence
*Create thoughtful and commercially sound attraction campaigns particularly for volume hires
*Ensure a first class candidate experience is offered at all levels and stages of the resourcing process
*Manage third party supplier agreements including ATS and PSL's
*Produce meaningful data to allow the Company to make sound decisions on future talent acquisition planning

About you
We are hoping to attract a driven, enthusiastic and passionate individual who leads from the front.
The ideal candidate will have:
*People management and proven Recruitment Manager experience within a professional services environment.
*Ability to build great rapport and relationships with colleagues backed up with tenacity and resilience to achieve goals
*Passion and enthusiasm in your role with an interest in developing people
*A knowledge of working with and getting optimum results from an ATS and producing relevant data and MI
*A thorough understanding of how to use and improve EVP in order to market a Company to prospective talent
*An outlook that is always looking at continuous improvement

Working in a hybrid working pattern of 1-2 days office in Manchester city centre, the salary on offer is £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits and a 4 day working will be considered for the right candidate.
