Exclusively working with a leading international, media brand for a newly created role of Senior Reward Manager...Reporting to the Head of Reward. A great, flexible opportunity in Reward working alongside an established team. The role is 4 days a week, hybrid work pattern in London. Paying circa 75/80k + bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong, supportive and influential relationships with all key internal stakeholders ensuring that effective thought leadership and a quality reward output is delivered to the organisation.
  • Lead and deliver complex and highly visible projects - from conception, to analysis, through effective collaboration and communications, to full implementation and review.
  • Contribute to the design and development of the UK&I reward strategy, ensuring that policy and practice is aligned to the business and people strategies.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in developing, managing, and implementing reward strategies, in a fast growing, global, tech organisation
  • Expertise within job evaluation and grading structures, and the associated benchmarking
  • Broad compensation and benefits experience
  • Highly organised approach with strong numerical and analytical skills and ability to work with complex data
  • Collaborative, with a strong desire to work with, support and share learnings the wider Reward team
