The HR Operations Manager will work with the wider HR team and stakeholders on all operational HR matters across 7 offices.

Description

The HR Operations Manager role may involve some occasional travel to other offices but hybrid working is also on offer.

This key HR Generalist role will include:

  • Working with the central HR team, HR Director, HRBP's and Head of L&D to create seamless experiences across the people journey
  • Manage, review and improve local people processes in line with the companies processes, ensuring they're seamless and compliant with legislation controls.
  • Work with the HR Partner team to understand what data they need to make informed decisions
  • Creating tool kits for key local processes, training the business and People managers and supporting business communication
  • On and off boarding, compliance, contract and vendor management
  • Experience working in a Professional services, Financial services or regulated environment

Profile

The successful HR Operations Manager will have:

  • Advanced knowledge of UK employment law, Payroll processes, UK immigration processes and HR compliance
  • Experience of complex employee relations and investigations
  • A customer centric approach, with a focus on the end user of processes, tools and people experiences
  • Business facing experience and a strong focus on accuracy of data
  • The passion to thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously striving for creative ways to approach situations and challenge the status quo
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on process optimisation and data accuracy
