Head of EMEA Payroll

Oakleaf Partnership are seeking a Head of Payroll EMEA to join our manufacturing clients team in Berkshire on a permanent basis, working in a hybrid capacity.

As the Head of Payroll in this market leading global organisation, you will lead a team that manage the relationship with payroll providers across 22 countries, ensuring that a high level of service is being provided in line with SLA's. You will also manage risks associated with payrolls across the regions whilst building a strong, high performing team across EMEA whilst working n continuous improvement to payroll processes and systems. your duties will include but will not be limited to;

• Ensuring the accurate and timely running of payroll for 22k employees across the EMEA region
• Manages third party suppliers and monitors the level of service provided
• Lead on Internal and External Audits, ensuring improvements are actioned where necessary
• Lead the team to efficiency to control costs across Payroll platforms
• Ensure compliance across all payrolls in accordance with Unions and Work Councils etc

In order to apply for this role you must demonstrate previous experience of managing payrolls across the EMEA region, as well as a team ideally within a matrixed organisation. You will need to demonstrate a excellent stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to solve problems with a commercial mindset.
