HR Generalist for global fintech in Peterborough, £30-40k, hybrid working

Hays HR is proud to be working with a growing and global financial services and FinTech organisation in Peterborough with customers in over 200 countries who are seeking an HR Generalist to support their people team across the world.

Your new role
As the HR Generalist, you will be providing guidance and advice on HR-related queries, as well as coaching managers on HR both in the UK and across Europe. You will be involved in developing and implementing effective HR processes and programmes that support business objectives.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in developing the HR policies and programmes alongside the rest of the HR team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will need previous experience in an HR role. It's important that you have experience working for a large organisation, preferably an international one.

You will possess a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical skills and the desire to drive improvements and best practices. You will be a thought partner and a problem-solver.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration of £30,000-40,000, maybe more for the right candidate + benefits. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home.
