We have a current opportunity for a HR Shared services Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Berkshire, office based 4times per week and one day working from home.

We are looking for a highly driven, passionate, proactive HR Services Manager to run a shared service function, managing recruitment, onboarding, and all work related to the colleague lifecycle.

CIPD qualified, candidates will have proven HR Share Services experience and be skilled at developing, delivering and monitoring service measures and department KPIs. With previous experience of working within a fast paced customer focused HR role, you will have significant generalist experience across a range of HR functions, coupled with relevant knowledge of Employment Law and its application.
