We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Manager on a 9 month FTC basis. The position will be based in London one day a week with hybrid working.

The purpose of this role is to drive performance improvements across the Group. This will require leading a range of potentially high value programmes to ensure that performance requirements are clear for all types of roles, and that all managers and individuals have the appropriate and necessary tools to deliver that performance. A clear feedback loop needs to be provided to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Accountability's include:


  • Accountable for driving the performance culture across the Group, linking in with other CoEs and Business Partners to ensure this is effective in all areas of the business.
  • Continue to ensure that the approach to managing performance is appropriate for this business, taking account of latest trends and practices in the external market.
  • Improve the current online system to transition to a state where there is an easily accessible tool to record performance evaluations, that is simple for managers and individuals to use and easy to extract data from.
  • Manage the associated programmes to deliver this system, in line with the objective of continuously improving performance. Work closely with suppliers and procurement to achieve cost-effective, efficient solutions.
  • Design reporting structure, as required, to demonstrate performance improvements, or not, and advise of appropriate interventions to improve performance at a macro level where appropriate.
