My client, an award-winning data software company based in East London is looking for a new In-House Resourcer with an ambition to transition into a hands-on HR role.

This role provides huge potential to transition into a permanent role and the opportunity to grow your career into a HR advisor.

Reporting to the TA manager, the role of In-House Resourcer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end of recruitment of open roles.

Resourcing Partner Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the role approval process to enable a seamless and timely offer process when the right candidate is identified
  • Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
  • Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
  • Organising interviews and selection events
  • Creating adverts for vacancies
  • Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants
  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence
  • Organising interviews for candidates
  • Informing candidates about the results of interviews
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between both parties

This role would focus on the above job description plus:

  • On the RAF process partnering with the relevant hiring managers to shorten the process
  • Update recruitment tracker
  • Source the candidates on Linked in so that the Recruitment Manager can drive direct sourcing.
  • Create vacancies in Recruitee
  • Implement/Embed Recruitee with hiring managers
  • Verifile chasing
  • Keep JDs updated and develop new ones
  • Sending McQuaig (psychometric assessment)
  • GDPR compliance
  • Right to work processes
  • Linked in Life page admin

Desired experience

  • Prior experience within recruitment in-house or agency
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Strong communicator both verbally and written.
  • Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
