In this role, you will business partner for a corporate services client group which also includes the senior leadership team for the organisation. You will also be the subject matter expert across the organisation for all things Pay, Reward and analytics.

The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Taking the lead on the total reward strategy across the organisation, including pay and grading, performance pay, flexible benefits and allowances.
  • Interpret HR data and analytics into influential and evidence-based business proposals to present to ExCo and senior leaders
  • Produce and present RemCo papers
  • Responsible for job evaluation, benchmarking and further development of job banding/gradings strategy
  • Working with your client group stakeholders, you will take on the role of business partner, working on a range of OD, change and workforce initiatives in partnership with the wider HR team

We are looking for a Reward professional who has:

  • Deep understanding of the Pay & Reward discipline
  • Hay job evaluation training
  • Experience of working in a complex or regulated organisation
  • Excellent influencing skills at a senior level
  • The ability to interpret and translate complex data sets into insightful and meaningful messages to present to senior stakeholders
  • Strong data and analytical skill set
  • Experience of working with the charity sector would be a huge advantage, but is not essential
  • Relevant qualifications/industry membership would be an advantage but is not essential for someone with relevant pay and reward experience.
