HR Analyst

An enthusiastic HR Analyst to join a private healthcare business based in Southampton / remote working.

Your new role

As the HR Analyst, you will report to a supportive HR Manager as part of a friendly HR function.

You will ensure the smooth running of the HRIS and act as custodian of all HR data ensuring its accuracy through effective system management and regular data audits. To produce all annual or ad-hoc reporting and to develop and maintain a suite of self-service reports to be accessed by HR Colleagues and Managers. You will also deliver professional and efficient HR administrative support to all divisions across the business as required.

Main responsibilities include:

• To act as HRIS expert and champion, promote awareness of the HRIS and it's the benefits across the business
• Identify and suggest system developments and process improvements
• Continuously identify and develop appropriate self-service reports in SelectHR for colleagues in the wider HR function as well as Managers
• Produce any annual or ad-hoc reports as required
• To act as custodian of all HR data, ensuring its accuracy is maintained, and appropriate data protection approaches are followed
• To act as first line support to all Colleagues and Managers responding to day to day queries
• To support the administration of the employee life cycle, by producing letters and processing changes in the HRIS SelectHR

Working hours: 8.30am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This role offers hybrid working of 3 days office (Southampton) / 2 days remote per average week. 3 days remote / 2 days office will also be considered.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be CIPD Level 3 qualified (minimum, but 5+ preferred) with experience of working with HR data and a HRIS (ideally SelectHR). This will suit someone who has worked in a HR Analyst / HRIS role or a HR generalist who would like to move into a specialist role like this.
