Job Details
The HR Business Partner will drive the delivery of the site HR strategy and key HR practices, contributing to the achievement of business objectives and the company People agenda and vision.

Description
Main responsibilities:
- Influence senior management and stakeholders to deliver the people agenda and key HR initiatives
- Train and coach managers in their application and delivery of key HR policies to ensure the effective management of colleagues
- Support Managers in dealing with complex and sensitive employee relations matters
- Translate business requirements into key HR practices, identifying and developing people solutions to drive positive business results
- Build effective partnerships with all operational teams to understand business priorities
- Analyse management information and deliver key people metrics
- Monitor the effectiveness of key people practices, making recommendations for improvement
- Provide employee engagement insight and support the Senior Leadership team in understanding and addressing areas of employee concern to drive engagement
- Lead on appraisal, reward, and compensation initiatives
- Drive talent management across the business through the implementation of effective career development programmes and succession planning
- Deliver organisational change initiatives, minimising people impact and business risk
- Manage a small HR team, providing effective coaching and mentoring, as well as promoting professional development
Profile
- CIPD Qualified or equivalent level qualification
- Previous experience at HR Business Partner level
- Experience of working in a highly transactional and fast paced environment
- Experience of contributing to organisational strategy development
- Experience of leading organisational change programmes, including redundancy and TUPE
- Experience of coaching and mentoring senior managers, stakeholders, and colleagues
- Experience of leading on best practice
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of HR systems
