HRBP / Head of People

Reporting to the MD, you'll be joining a market-leading business that's now focused on a new, international, phase of growth. As Head of People you'll be responsible for driving talent strategy as they expand into the US, Scandinavia and Benelux markets.

Supported by an HR administrator, you'll be tasked with the day-to-day employee lifecycle, managing the leadership development and learning and development programmes, as well as driving D&I initiatives and talent management strategies.

An experienced HR professional, you'll ideally have some previous experience within a fee-earning or similar professional services environment.
