The HR Business Partner will work within a highly successful HR team and will lead on a number of exciting HR projects, as well as delivering on key HR practices, contributing to the achievement of business objectives and the overall company people agenda.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead on the development of HR policies, ensuring they align with company values and culture
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to drive and maximise employee engagement and experience
  • Implement effective performance and talent management initiatives
  • Work closely with the HR Director and wider HR team to deliver the HR strategy and drive a positive employee experience
  • Business Partner with managers on all employee relations matters, enabling them to be able to provide the right advice and support to their teams, in relation to performance, conduct and welfare
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to respond to all general HR enquiries
  • Promote the brand as an employer of choice, both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver engaging team building days and celebration events
  • Lead on the digitisation of HR processes to promote a more efficient and enhanced user experience
  • Drive best practice in all areas of the HR and people agenda

Profile

  • CIPD Qualified or equivalent level qualification
  • Excellent HR Generalist experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Employee Relations and hands-on experience of leading on ER matters
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of coaching senior managers, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Committed to diversity and inclusion
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of HR systems

Job Offer

  • Salary up to £40,000 per annum
  • Performance bonus equivalent to 5% of salary
