Permanent HR Business Partner

Your new company
Hays HR is working with a growing organisation in their industry on the recruitment of a HR Business Partner to join then on their reading site in a permanent position.

Your new role
As the HR Business Partner you will develop and deliver a regional HR business plan which includes the People Strategy to help develop and deliver the business performance. You will be the main support for all HR activities within you region (South Central over seeing 11 offices) providing support to management and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting, influencing and advising managers on all operational HR matters
  • Implementing HR Practices
  • Managing complex HR issues and ensuring managers are supported
  • Building and managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Evaluating and reporting on the operational impact of HR metrics
  • Ensuring HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation requirements, minimising business risk and promoting adherence to overall People strategy
  • Carrying out any other ad hoc duties in line with delivery program requirements
  • Encouraging and supporting a culture where employees are consulted, recognised and rewarded to promote employee engagement

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need experience in the following:

  • Generalist HR experience with experience in a fast - paced organisation with multi sites
  • Experience in challenging environments
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders
  • Chartered Institute of Development (CIPD) Level 5
