I have an exciting new role for a Continuous Improvement and Innovation Lead specialist at this forward thinking, global financial services company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across HR and the business, identifying challenges and enhancements and delivering effective solutions. You will ne establishing, leading and embedding a new implementation model covering the whole change lifecycle from gathering requirements, establishing governance through to delivery. This is a fantastic role where you will utilise your experience to effect positive change!

Salary: paying up to £90,000 plus benefits and bonus

Accountabilities

· Developing and implementing a new continuous improvement model, overseeing and delivering a wide range of initiatives.

· Establishing a new governance model to drive continuous improvement

· Partnering with the delivery teams and other change teams to enable the high quality and timely delivery of initiatives

· Driving a focus on innovation, simplification and efficiency, promoting new ways of working and upskilling leaders and teams

· Establishing a new innovation platform to capture ideas and tackle key challenges

· Actively seeking out Best Practice to challenge and enhance processes and new ways of working

Skills and Experience

· To be considered for this role, you must have a strong HR background with the above continuous improvement experience

· Demonstrate strong project management skills

· Strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills

· The ability to take people on a journey

· Ability to work well under your own initiative and used to working to tight deadlines
