Oakleaf North are delighted to be partnered with a large global asset management business based in Leeds, Yorkshire in seeking their new Learning and Development Manager. This is a permanent opportunity with lots of flexibility and hybrid working, circa 1-2 days in the Leeds office.

This is a standalone L&D Manager role responsible for the execution of the Fund Solutions L&D Strategy and will partner with the HRBP and Senior Leaders to identify learning needs and build capability plans that develop the skills required now, and in the future. The L&D Manager also works closely with the Head of HR to support the talent management process with effective development initiatives to address individual talent needs.

This role will work with business stakeholders to scope and co-design learning solutions and partner with external vendors to design and deliver learning initiatives that deliver on the L&D Strategy and agreed capability plans. This role and will form part of, and collaboratively contribute to the Fund Solutions HR Team. The role will focus on three main areas, Strategic Focus, People Leadership: Operational Management and Governance & Risk.

The ideal candidate will be a confident individual who can execute and lead all L&D programmes from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship building skills and experience with a similar role in a Financial or Professional Services organisation. It is key to have strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels.

Salary is up to £50,000 plus an attractive benefits package including a suite of flexible benefits to choose from. Leeds based.
