Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join our global clients team on a permanent basis, based out of either their central Manchester or Leeds based offices, working in a hybrid capacity.
As the Learning & Development manager in this organisation you will join as the organisation enters a period of global growth, designing and deliver training in line with the devised strategy that's aligned to the business plans and also cyclical and ad hoc training requirements across all business areas.
This role reports in the Head of Learning, however you will operate autonomously with the support of a L&D Assistant, whilst working collaboratively with the wider HR team. In order to be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following;
- Experienced in the design and delivery of training material across various formats Previously used Articulate 360 or similar
- A creative and professional approach to your work and its presentation Experience of delivering training to colleagues from entry to board level Knowledge of Noodle LMS would be advantageous
In return, this role opportunity offers a salary between £45k - £55k per annum along with additional benefits.
