Your new role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join one of the country's highest performing and fastest growing multi academy trusts, currently operating over 30 primary and secondary schools nationally.

This values-based organisation successfully works to improve the life chances of young people in areas of social and economic deprivation to help them thrive at the highest levels of education, employment and the professions.

As the Head of Human Resources, you will have a passionate belief in the role of high-quality HR services that enable and empower leaders and staff to transform outcomes for children and young people.

An experienced HR professional and strong influencer this role requires a strong strategic thinker with a track record of excellent planning and analytical skills and with motivational leadership skills. You will have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team of HR professionals currently delivering a service to over 2500 employees.

This development opportunity requires a professional who has a track record of successful HR leadership that includes sound technical knowledge and extensive experience in organisational development, talent and performance management, recruitment and retention, HR advisory services, HR management systems and systems development, employee engagement, staff well-being and motivation. You will also be an inclusive leader who is fully able to harness the talents of others by securing high levels of engagement and creating an environment where individuals are enthused, ambitious to succeed and happy in their work.
