Oakleaf Partnership are very excited to be partnering with a Media production company who specialise in the creation of childrens TV shows. This is an opportunity to be a part of a company who have created some of the most well known characters our screens have seen.

Become the third member of the Talent team, who work closely with the HR and TA teams (4 others all together). This role would be focussed on the operation side, including ER, payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding and beyond. Responsibilities

  • Global Payrolls across the UK, EU, MENA, and APAC
  • Assist with deciding benefit offerings to staff and maintaining broker relationships.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law.
  • HR Systems management includes UKG, LifeWorks, Lattice etc.,
  • Support the team on the roll-out of the new global payroll provider.
  • Global immigration processes and tracking.
  • Supporting in the global preboarding/onboarding/offboarding practices.
  • Support on all HR Operational Projects against the overall HR agenda.
  • Research, develop, write and update policies.
  • Ensure compliance of temporary workers process (freelancers) globally.
  • Work closely to mentor the Talent (HR) Advisor and the Global Talent (HR) Management/Operations teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or CIPD equivalent (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of benefits plans, benefits-related policies, and associated UK employment law and other regional employment laws is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service mentality and a high degree of integrity, accountability, and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience in employment agreements globally.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for HR operations, analytical-minded, collaborative and solid problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working with colleagues in multiple countries and jurisdictions. Global collaboration.
