Hays are excited to be working with this well known market leader, who are currently seeking an HR Systems Implementation Lead to assist with the implementation of a new HR learning and development platform.

Your new role
As HR Systems Implementation Lead, you will report to the HR Shared Service Director and will be responsible for leading and implementing a new Recruitment and Onboarding system and a new Learning Management System.
This role will work closely with IT, to project manage the scoping, development, integration and implementation of these new systems, ensuring that all business requirements are documented, mapped and streamlined.

  • Develop a clear project plan with the key stakeholders, all activities, responsibilities, and milestones identified
  • Design and conduct project/ workstream governance, and manage risks, issues and dependencies (RAIDs)
  • Proactively manage change through the project lifecycle, ensuring that all changes are defined, understood and costed appropriately.
  • Support the teams with governance and reporting expectations to estimate effort, track progress, manage scope and timelines
  • Track the timeline and budget to ensure deadlines are met
  • Play a critical role in transitioning the system implementation into business-as-usual for the respective business areas, group functions and shared services.



What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Systems Implementation Manager, with a proven track record of delivery of complex projects to tight timelines and budgets. You must have experience of implementing recruitment, L&D and HR systems.
