An exciting opportunity has become available working as an HR Administrator for a global Financial Services firm based in London.

This is an integral role working within the HR operations team. You will predominately provide administration support to the employee lifecycle, onboarding of new starters into the business so this role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, someone who is highly organised. This is a wonderful role for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the HR team and HR processes. This role is to start ASAP until the end of March 2023 with the potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong focus on new starter and leaver administration and full employee life cycle administration
  • Monitoring and managing the internal HR enquiries inbox as a first point of contact
  • Recruitment and Onboarding administration, producing offer letters, contracts, and recruitment packs of compliance
  • Process changes to employee status including promotions, salary changes
  • Involvement in ad hoc HR projects
  • Accurately maintaining HRIS systems with employee information

Key Skills:
* Experience in administration or HR experience working in a fast-paced environment
* A Financial services background is desirable
* Ambitious and driven
* Strong team player to collaborate and develop in a wider team
