I have partnered with a leading global Investment Management firm in their search to hire a newly created & exciting DE&I Lead role. The role will be pivotal in supporting the DE&I processes across Europe & Asia, and to really allow the population to have accessible experts in their location (with the majority of these currently being based in the US). The firm are market leaders across Diversity and have some exciting & well thought out objectives and goals for the next 3 years, which the successful candidate will have an opportunity to put their own voice to.
Responsibilities:
- Expand the DE&I infrastructure in the regions, applying expertise and provide strategic and tactical guidance to leaders and associates, maintaining awareness of global issues and are an expert on regional DE&I related issues and trends
- Serve as the diversity, equity and inclusion subject matter expert on the regional DE&I steering committees.
- You have a personal connection to DE&I and have experience leading DE&I efforts at scale in Europe and / or Asia
- You lead by example and model inclusive behaviour that inspires and influences others.
- You take the time to create and maintain meaningful relationships. You're a generous collaborator and strong project manager.
- You've led projects and are familiar with project life cycles. Your resilience has helped when you've enlisted the help of others, sifted through large data sets, re-prioritized, strategized, tailored communication, embraced conflict, and identified critical issues.
- You've worked across highly matrixed environments to plan, execute and communicate measurable impacts.
- You are a skilled communicator and have demonstrated an ability to engage senior leaders. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful, and engaging. You've fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.
- You possess knowledge of HR's Centers of Excellence
