To support the People Team and Heads of Department in recruitment, talent acquisition, retention and general HR duties. To support finding, attracting and hiring new team members to fill open positions and meet the Company's workforce needs and goals.

Description
- Work closely with the Talent & Development Manager, the Heads of Departments and external recruitment partners to coordinate the application process of all candidates.
- Ensure that all applicant CV's, interview notes and offers are tracked centrally in Harri, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), as well as our Internal Recruitment tracker.
- Regularly update the ATS and Internal Recruitment trackers to capture each step of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain the job vacancies on the ATS, as well as with recruitment agencies and any external job boards.
- Maintain the Facebook and LinkedIn pages with current vacancies.
- Monitor the jobs@ e-mail box, actioning the applications as required.
- Conduct screening calls and co-ordinate follow-up interviews.
- If required, make necessary travel arrangements for interviews to take place inhouse.
- Support the Heads of Department in making employment offers and confirming start dates, staff accommodation requirements and any other logistics.
- Support the People Co-ordinator with the onboarding process, as required.
- Support and co-ordinate the induction programme for new hires.
- Co-ordinate the allocation of staff accommodation (if required), liaise with the House Warden to ensure that the room is ready for the new arrival and the housemates are informed.
- Lead the Social Committee to promote staff activities, including shuttles, day trips and local events.
- Contribute to the monthly People Team newsletter.
- Assist with the formatting of HR documents, policies and procedures.
- Partner with the People Team to produce weekly and monthly reports.
- Support the People Manager in Generalist HR tasks
Profile
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Ability to build effective relationships with Heads of Department and recruitment partners.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written.
- Ability to remain adaptable and flexible.
- Confidentiality and professionalism is essential.
- Strong organisational skills, including time management and multi-tasking.
- PC proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new systems.
- Relevant recruitment or human resource experience.
- Previous experience of working with a high volume of requests at one time.
- Experience in dealing with successful and unsuccessful candidates.
- Team player.
- Emotional intelligence.
- CIPD qualification or a desire to work towards.
