ER Manager

12 Month FTC

Home based with travel 1-2 times per week

Client Details

The client is a large service provider

Description

As ER Manager, you will be responsible for;

  • Managing stakeholders at a senior level
  • Negotiating with Unions
  • Support with organsisational changes
  • Develop and recommend startegic approach to people policies and practices
  • Policy writing
  • Equality Impact Assessments

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have strong experience negotiating with unions
  • Proven track record managing complex ER casework
  • Have strong 'soft skills' to be able to deal with difficult stakeholders
  • CIPD qualified
  • Willing to travel 1-2 times per week on average
