Description
As HR Manager you will be responsible for;
- Day to day HR operations
- ER casework
- Provide coaching, support and guidance to stakeholders on site
- Upskill people managers on People related matters
- Upskill leaders to drive strong performance
- Assist in hiring talent for the team
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- CIPD qualfied
- Proven track record at Advisor/Manager level to be able to deal with complex casework
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within a predominantly blue collar environment
- Strong organisational skills
