Global Benefits Delivery Advisor

  • Permanent
  • £50,000 - £63,000
  • 15% Bonus

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Global Benefits Specialist to join a FTSE 100 organisation which is a global leader in its field. Reporting to the Head of Global Benefits, you will work closely with the business and focus on developing improved consistency and efficiency in the delivery of global benefit operations. You will ensure reward and benefit processes are aligned with policy and internal and external regulatory requirements. You will upskill relevant stakeholders and employees on benefits matters.

The Global Benefits Delivery Advisor responsibilities will include:

  • Work with the Head of Global Benefits on the drafting of global benefits strategies
  • Become an expert in and lead on captive insurance matters, working closely with regional delivery leads
  • Work closely with and influence stakeholders across the business on matters of benefits
  • Support projects to implement benefit plan changes or country specific Total Reward reviews. Leading compliance with approval and lead appropriate communication to employees.
  • Provide specialist advice in global benefits & wellbeing solutions, and management of implementations
  • Proactively share knowledge across the Reward CoE
  • Develop and lead training sessions on key employee benefits topics
  • Oversee and consult in matters relating to the companies DC and DB pension plans

What you must have:

  • Experience working in a global benefits specialist role
  • Experience leading / consulting on benefits projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of captive insurance desirable
  • Knowledge of compliance, regulations, legal and social requirements of pension and benefits
  • Confidence to work with and influence stakeholders on benefits matters
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
