Interim Performance Development Lead - Birmingham

Interim Contract (day rate between £350 - £500 per day)

* Hybrid working - 1 / 2 days in Birmingham*

Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a well-known legal firm to find an interim Performance Development Lead. The role will be to enable people to get the most out of their current roles and support them in developing and growing into potential future roles. This exciting role that will predominately focus on shaping talent development objectives required for us to provide greater transparency and consistency to skills, capabilities and behaviours across the Group.

You will be an experienced Talent/Performance Development professional, the ideal candidate would need to have experience in working within fast paced environments and be used to working in a business with quick changes.

Duties:

  • Capability Frameworks: Responsible for the design and implementation of a capability framework to identify, recognise and develop talent at all levels across the Group
  • Talent Planning:
    • Provide clear, structured career paths throughout the Group and across the wider firm
    • Identifying talent profiles and mapping aligned to role responsibilities consistently across the group, highlighting skills gaps analysis
    • Identifying focussed training plans across all levels, using materials from our existing training offering
