I am looking on behalf of a well-known Financial Services company for a Recruitment Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team that promotes learning and development. This would suit an experienced Recruitment Coordinator looking for more responsibility, training and progression.


As the successful Recruitment Coordinator, you will be determined to do well and have a strong ability to work under pressure. You will be self-sufficient and pro-active and have the aspiration to develop and grow. This is an exciting role to gain exposure to many aspects of recruitment and be involved in the full recruitment process.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the recruitment team
  • Sourcing candidates via job boards and social media
  • Raising contracts of employment
  • Composing and preparing employee offer letters
  • Provide great levels of customer service to new starters as well as senior stakeholders
  • Build candidate market maps in key areas
  • Scheduling high volumes of interviews and coordinating room bookings
  • Managing the recruitment inbox, escalating any queries to the relevant person
  • Maintain and update the recruitment system for data and reporting
  • Assist in the process for psychometric testing
  • Compose and post job adverts to various platforms
  • Contribute to the company's LinkedIn to help improve the employer brand
  • Producing reports on management for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Coordinating interview schedules directly with candidates and also with external recruitment vendors
  • Liaising with agencies and continuing & monitoring with after care

Requirements

  • Strong relationship building skills, be confident to speak with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong workload organisation and planning skills
  • Proven experience in a similar recruitment role, agency or inhouse
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Great knowledge of GDPR
  • Strong Microsoft Office package skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Workday experience would be beneficial or any similar HR Recruitment System
