We have a current opportunity for a Global Compensation and Benefit Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Hampshire.

As Group Compensation & Benefits Manager you will be responsible for supporting the management and development of compensation and benefit activity across my client Group.You will provide day-to-day advice and guidance to global business partners across the Group in respect to group compensation and benefit activity and best practices. You will enable a consistent approach to compensation and benefits acrossthe businesses driving cost efficiencies and competitiveness through better informed decision making.

  • Deliver the day-to-day provision of advice and support to HR Directors and Heads of HR in relation to compensation and benefit activity across the Group.
  • Manages annual compensation and benefits projects, e.g. pay increases, incentive awards, bonuses, UK benefit renewals and UK pension processing to ensure processes, timelines and rigorous data integrity standards are met.
  • Review delivery of compensation and incentives and make recommendations on future design and operation as required.
  • Ensure all legislative compensation reporting is delivered with robust data analysis alongside Group Head of HR Systems and Data e.g. Gender Pay Gap reporting.
  • Ongoing management of salary bandings and grading process globally.
  • Manage relationships with compensation and benefits consultants and providers, ensuring they provide the support and advice required in an effective and timely manner.
  • Be the subject matter expert and deliver consistent and legally sound advice and support to teams globally in relation to compensation and benefits across the Group.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement and problem solving to provide the best provision of compensation and benefits across the Group for all our employees.
