We are excited to be working with a hugely respected professional services organisation in the south Manchester who urgently require a Recruitment Officer to join their busy team.

Your new role
The successful candidate with have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience and will have had experience with operating recruiter software and applicant tracking systems.
The candidate will be required to work in a fast paced environment and will be required to be a team player.
You will be required to complete pre employment checks as well as effectively manage the recruitment stages with all candidates, including feedback, offer and facilitation of the onboarding process and to build a positive employer brand
You will be required to create job postings and upload them up onto job boards as well as advertising job availability through online channels and other.


What you'll need to succeed

• 2-3 + years recruitment experience.
Previous experience using recruiter software and applicant tracking systems.Proven experience in engaging, attracting and recruiting talent, qualification in recruitment resourcing idealA background in a fast-paced recruitment environmentExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, working with agencies and posting on job boards.
