Job Details
HRBP role based in Hull working for national wholesale business. Working as part of a larger HR Team you will be responsible for Business Partnering General Managers and team leader based at sites across the UK. The majority of this work can be done remotely from the Hull office.

- Providing timely and business focused HR advice and guidance on day to day people issues aiming to achieve timely and appropriate resolutions
- Providing advice to managers regarding discipline and grievance issues, including conducting investigations, providing support with hearings as required, advising on appropriate outcomes and preparing related correspondence.
- Leading and supporting managers with their recruitment and talent development
- Managing the reward and benefits platform
