Payroll Controls & Compliance Senior Specialist - Permanent - Up to 45K plus benefits - Weybridge - Hybrid

I am working with leading facilities management company who have an urgent hire for Payroll Controls & Compliance Senior Specialist based in Weybridge. The firm boasts a payroll team who are respected and admired within the business itself and who offer a hands on and passionate management team. This role will be 2-3 days in an office a week.

The role requires individual with:

* A wealth of previous BAU (Business as usual) payroll knowledge
* Experience in audits and Control environments
* A keen and accurate attention to detail.
* Experience using and collaborating with 3rd party payroll providers.
* A strong sense of Payroll BAU in order to implement and monitor these processes.
* The ability to organise and prioritise a workload to meet deadlines.

The role would involve

* Overseeing and maintaining Control & Compliance within the Payroll and Pension services.
* Auditing internal teams to ensure the Payroll and pension service are RACM.
* Provide training to BAU staff in central and off-site locations.
* Internal and external communication to stake holders.
