Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support the People Director at a major media brand. This Senior HR Business partner will lead the HR Business Partner team to ensure HR strategy delivers against the business agenda.
The Senior HR Business Partner will:
* Work alongside the Senior leadership team / stakeholders
* Lead the Business HR team
* Offer strategic insight to the key senior stakeholders
* Help drive the people agenda and drive key HR initiatives
Experience required:
* In depth experience of a corporate environment ideally having dealt with workforce planning and you will have experience in delivering work using agile methodologies
* Have effectively led and developed previous teams
* Be able to demonstrate practical and workable methodologies and solutions to support the business achieve its aims
* Be collaborative, inclusive and used to working with virtual teams made up of diverse people across a range of business functions and locations
West London location with fantastic facilities.
