Your new role
Will be working as a Senior HR advisor fully on site, overseeing a HR Admin and working alongside another HR advisor and Data Manager. This role is initially 3 months, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• To help over the HR team alongside the other HR advisor and Admin and Data manager
• Overseeing formal and informal casework such as absence, disciplinary, grievances, capabilities and formal probation reviews and supporting managers in these.
• Oversee and update HR policies as required.
• Support recruitment and retention of staff.

What you'll need to succeed

• CIPD Level 5
• Experience in Employee Relations.
• Education background preferable
