Job Details
As HR Manager, you will support the HR Director will all things HR on a day to day basis. This will include looking for efficiency and supporting with pushing the business forward in a positive way.

My client is a property management business with a large portfolio across the UK, and growing significantly.
Description
- Supporting the HR Director with all things HR, including generalist and project focused work
- Being the point of contact for employees on a day to day basis
- Supporting the business during a transition and growth phase, including looking at process efficiency's
- HR policies, procedures, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development
Profile
- Demonstrable experience working in a fast paced, commercial environment in a HR capacity
- Generalist background with heavy ER experience
- Demonstrable experience taking ownership in situations
- Strong stakeholder management

Up to £350 a day
