Recruitment Advisor

Frazer Jones is partnering with an international bank to find a London-based Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis. With a long-standing market presence, the firm maintains a customer-focus, prioritising long-lasting and effective relationships and investments.

In this exciting role, you will handle the full recruitment process from advertising and sourcing to interviewing and offer stages. You will work closely with Recruitment Partners, taking ownership and building strong relationships both internally and externally. You will play an advisory role, delivering relevant training to hiring managers and improving processes in an innovative fashion. With a focus on workplace culture and sustainability, the firm has a forward-thinking approach and will support and guide you in your personal and professional development.

Role responsibilities:

• Handle the full end to end recruitment process (including early careers)
• Active and passive sourcing collaborating with Recruitment Partners
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs
• Talent attraction through online platforms and networking
• Deliver recruitment and interview training to hiring managers
• Support on wider recruitment strategies including process improvement

Candidate experience:

• Extensive recruitment experience (financial services preferred)
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proactive and driven
• Detail-orientated and collaborative
• Excellent professional and communication skills
