Head of HR / Senior HR Manager - Boston / Lincolnshire - circa £55-£65k DOE and qualifications - plus benefits

Your new company
This is a successful and continuously expanding owner managed organisation who has diversified their business portfolio and is therefore going through a continuous improvement journey in their HR provision. Currently this company stands at circa 250 staff at the Lincolnshire site, with new sites openings and a growing employee base.
Your new role

You will take ownership and leadership of the HR function, both operationally and strategically, positioning the company to be an "employer of choice" as they continue to grow. Being part of the leadership/management team, you will be the "People" Operational and Strategic advocate for the business.

You will lead the HR team - consisting of a HR Advisor and Talent Acquisition/Recruitment specialist to ensure the HR provision is proactive, supportive, effective and more importantly empowering to Line Managers. You will lead strategically on projects - to further develop an excellent working culture, high standard HR provision and people insight for the leadership team.

You will be instrumental in the journey of "empowering" Line Managers to take ownership of their staff, management and HR issues - with HR being a supportive, empowering and advisory service. This will be through day-to-day activities and also the further development of Training and Coaching for Managers and the development of "Toolkits" for Managers.

You will also lead on a variety of other projects - around Vision & Value implementation (ensuring the business and staff live and breathe these values), Pay Review / Reward /Benefits improvements, Policies & Procedures review and update, Processes, Systems and KPI reporting (further develop), Talent Acquisition / Recruitment strategies, Talent management/ Succession Planning, L&D/Training, Engagement and Recruitment/Employee Experience - to name a few.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have experience at working at Head of HR or Senior HR Manager / Business Partner level, both projects and operationally.
Have experience in a mix of blue/white collar employees - such as manufacturing, logistics, engineering etc.
Have experience of working with managers to offer a partnering provision, empowering and upskilling service. HR staff and departmental leadership skills HR Projects.
Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 minimum Qualified or of suitably equivalent experience level.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered a competitive salary, circa £55 to £60k - DOE and qualifications,
The role is working 40 hours a week - but some flexibility is available for the right applicant. Ideally this is a site-based role (due to the nature of the business) but 1 day a week WFH can be available for the right person.
Also, a 4 day week may be considered.
