Your new role

• You will be providing operational HR support to the Senior HR Manager with regard to the people management functions of the organisation

• Implement and embed policies and procedures on all matters relating to Human Resources.

• Act as the first point of contact in relation to enquiries, professional advice and operational matters relating to HR.

• Provide administration for all aspects of human resources.

• Support with employee relations situations, including note taking and advice.

• Ensure the SCR for all staff is compliant with regulations and kept up to date.

• Your role also consists of duties in the following areas: Recruitment and Selection, Absence Management, Payroll and Staff training

What you'll need to succeed

• Possess or working towards the CIPD professional qualification.
• Previous HR Experience
• Experience of working within a payroll or recruitment position
• Experience of managing HR and administration systems and procedures
• Good knowledge of effective IT administration systems, including Management Information Systems (MIS) and MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Database and PowerPoint.
