We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for a leading trading company within Financial Services. This is a great opportunity to become a part of a growing and evolving company. You will have great opportunity here to advise and contribute to the growth and development of the company.

As the successful Recruitment Consultant, you will be accustomed to high volumes of recruitment and will have proven experience of recruiting within Financial Services. You will be a trusted advisor to the business, so it is essential that you have knowledge of the industry. You will be an excellent relationship builder and be confident in advising and liaising with senior stakeholders in the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Engaging and employ the most effective methods of sourcing candidates i.e. Job boards, LinkedIn, Social media
  • Work closely with the wider Recruitment and HR team including the coordinator and other managers
  • Communicate and work closely with agencies and vendors
  • Identifying the best high-quality candidates for the company
  • Arranging and interviewing prospective candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other senior stakeholders
  • Strong workload organisation and planning skills
  • Be a solutionist, providing knowledge and problem solving
  • Pre-empt vacancies by being aware of internal moves or high-risk leavers and prompt and advise hiring managers
  • Great persuasion and negotiating skills
  • Extensive recruitment experience, recruiting either in-house or agency specifically for Financial Services
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders quickly
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Strong numeracy and writing skills
  • Great knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
