A confident, influential individual to join an established retail business as a P/T L&D Advisor (26-30 hours).

My client are an employer of choice in Hampshire and an established retailer with multiple divisions within the business.
Your new role
This is a rare part-time opportunity for a Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor to join the business and report to a supportive L&D Manager as a wider team of 8.
You will be responsible for the design and delivery of engaging L&D initiatives to ensure that strategic aims are met by highly competent and skilled colleagues:
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to scope, design, implement and evaluate blended training solutions.
- Support head of departments to ensure the necessary statutory and mandatory training is in place.
- Design and deliver the management development programmes for retail store managers and head office colleagues.
- Assist with the design and delivery of new companywide systems.
- Ensure learning activities are evaluated and results are responded to, to improve the service the department offers.
- Work closely with the team of trainers to provide coaching and support to ensure highly effective virtual and classroom sessions.
Working hours are flexible between 26-30 / week over 4 or 5 days / week. The business are also flexible on start / finish times to suit you (FTE hours 8.30am-5pm).
This role also offers hybrid working beyond probation (16 weeks), but this could be offered sooner - 2 days office vs 3 days home (5 days) or 2 days office vs 2 days home (4 days).
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant must have a passion for learning and continuous development, with experience of the full cycle of learning from diagnosis, course design, facilitation to evaluation for F2F, blended and online learning. You must also have delivered process, systems and soft skills learning solutions
