My client one of the UKs leading leisure and tourism organisations is seeking a professional experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their small and busy team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Based from offices in Conwy you will be joining a small and busy team on a full time basis. If you are dog friendly and want to bring your furry friend on site to work this is welcomed.
The position is being is being offered a full time - Monday - Friday with standard working hours - some flexibility on working hours is also available
The role of Senior HR Advisor will offer exposure to a broad range of HR activity with a specific focus on Recruitment.
The diversity of the organisations large estate ensures that no two days are the same and provides endless opportunities to shape the way the business operates from a HR and Recruitment perspective.

Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Manage first stage disciplinary/grievance procedures
Provide ER training to managers to enable them to upskill and develop the ability to handle employee relations.
Identify and implement HR business improvements such as streamlined processes, consistent documentation
Update and review job descriptions eg add tasks or modify requirements as necessary
Apprenticeship scheme; organising and facilitating the company's Apprenticeship scheme
Take a lead role on staff welfare, staff engagement and focus on retention
Assist the HR Manager with administrative duties where required
Lead HR initiatives and projects when required
Dealing with all level of the recruitment programme, from advertising jobs, interviewing candidates and sourcing top talent.
To deal with monthly payroll
Update payroll on any amendments (salary increase, bonus payments etc)
Export and analyse monthly payroll reports for variable pay
Ensure all staff databases are kept up to date and are accurate

What you'll need to succeed

CIPD Level 5
Strong proven history within HR at HR Advisor level
Strong communication skills
Passionate about people
Used to working in a fast paced target driven environment
