Oakleaf Partnership is working with an investment banking company and is looking for a recruiter to join their growing team. This will be a fast-paced role requiring a level head and the ability to multitask. You will be collaborating with the wider team to support all recruitment activities up to and including C suite hires.

You will have outstanding experience in delivering excellence in:

  • Build a pipeline of suitable candidates for current live roles as well as talent pools for future roles
  • Maintain relationships with passive candidates in the talent pools
  • Work with Senior TA Manager to build relationships with key stakeholders across the US business units
  • Build relationships across the global TA team and contribute to global continuous improvement initiatives in TA
  • Understand the business units, role, candidate profile, and interview process for each position you are supporting.

We are keen to hear from proactive Talent professionals with strong initiative and drive. These individuals will need to have a minimum of 4 years' experience.

Requirements:

  • 4 years' minimum experience in a professional environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyse information and identify appropriate solutions
  • Demonstrated problem solver with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in client-facing role and demonstrated ability to build relationships both internally and externally
