We are looking for a senior HR professional to join our organisation at this exciting time. Working closely with the Board of Directors in order to understand the current needs and future ambition of the business.

Client Details

Our client is a large business and is part of an international group with a big focus on strong interpersonal relationships and diversity and inclusion. A well-established IT organisation has a requirement for commercially focused HR Director to join at a pivotal time for the business.

Description

• Managing the sustainability agenda something, that is a hot topic at the moment
• Reviewing the pay and reward structure
• Embedding of the HR and Payroll System

• Acquisition due diligence and the transfer of employees
• Administration to ensure completeness of records on Softworks
• Board reporting - written and attendance at Group Board meetings

• Overall management of the HR budgets (c. £1.5M in 2021) to ensure appropriate spend on resourcing, development and wellbeing initiatives.

Profile

• Expertise in HR policies & procedures - and a track record of prioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable HR solutions that address the needs of the business.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture
• Level 7 CIPD qualified
• Strategic yet hands-on, proactive and dynamic approach to work
• A passion for diversity and inclusion
• Extensive experience, knowledge and understanding of ER, D&I and L&D
• A true people-person: confident communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build successful relationships at all levels

£75,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Package
