Working for one of the Big 4, you'll be joining a global professional services who have their UK head office in London. This role is based in London, with the minimum expectation of 1 day in the office, but ideally 3. Therefore you will have to be in commutable distance of London.

Your new role

This opportunity has risen due to the design of a new department, purely focusing on Executive and Partner recruitment. There are 3 'Head of's' potions available, who will be responsible for heading up all operations in the different teams; Partner Talent Acquisition; Senior & Executive talent acquisition and Candidate Experience.

The candidate experience team is streamlined focusing purely on the research and experience side of executive recruitment, rather than the resourcing.

Both the partner and executive recruitment teams will be engaging and headhunting the market's best talent, driving the business forward.

You will be expected to be involved in some key hires, but the key agenda of your new position will be to lead the team of 8 heads within your department. As well as the leadership, you will be a key part of the operations, therefore a pioneer for ideas, improvements and responsible for embedding the chosen initiatives into the team.

What you'll need to succeed

The key requirement is that you're highly experienced within executive recruitment, with a proven track record. This can be in any sector and open to both agency search firms and internal recruitment. This is an amazing role for someone who has a true passion for recruitment and can inject vast amounts of energy into everyday work.

• 10+ years recruitment, with a key lean to executive recruitment
• Experience of recruiting for roles over £100k PA
• Leadership experience
• Driven in achieving key outcomes
