Job Details
My client is a global retailer with presence in 40 countries.
They are on the look out for a People consultant who will be working closely with the occupational psychologist and you will play a key role in designing, developing and executing their global assessment strategy, implementing talent and wider people & culture projects across their international markets.
In this role you will act as a subject matter expert in Organisational Psychology and psychometric assessment and be experienced in using these to support wider talent processes.
