I am currently partnering with a highly respected Financial Services company and am recruiting for a Campus Recruitment Coordinator across EMEA. This would be an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable entry level candidates to gain exposure and fast track their career by learning from talented professionals in the industry.


As the successful Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you will be pro-active and self-sufficient. You will be ambitious and have a clear vision to develop and grow. You will be supporting on the full recruitment life cycle for campus programmes and be able to get involved with event coordination and summer internship programmes.


Responsibilities

  • Support full recruitment lifecycle of Campus Recruitment Team
  • Manage candidate requests and questions in the campus inbox
  • Maintain and track all hire employment documents, drafting employment contracts
  • Work with the Immigration Specialists on visa processing
  • Work closely with the wider HR Team including payroll and operations teams
  • Contribute to the summer internship programme
  • Assist on external and internal events
  • Sourcing candidates via job boards and social media
  • Raising contracts of employment
  • Composing and preparing employee offer letters
  • Provide great levels of customer service to new starters as well as senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with teams across EMEA and other parts of the globe
  • Use HR and Recruitment systems to track applicants and onboarding including Workday, ServiceNow and Oleeo
  • Follow protocol to control risk and

Requirements

  • Recruitment Coordination experience or similar (HR Administration experience will also be considered)
  • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and great relationship building skills
  • Strong workload organisation, planning and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbally
  • Great knowledge of GDPR
  • Workday experience would be beneficial or any similar HR Recruitment System
  • Strong Microsoft Office package skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
