I am partnering with a forward-thinking Financial Services company, looking for an experienced HR Business Partner based in either London, Bradford, Kent or Petersfield. This role will be joining the Operations team and will have chance to get involved in projects and assist on change and transformation. This company promotes and welcomes great levels of customer service as well as a diverse and cooperative culture.

As the appointed HRBP, no day will be the same! You will be tasked with a variety of generalist HR duties, leading projects including People Strategy, performance management and talent and succession planning. Your key responsibilities as the appointed HR Business Partner will be to partner with the business to make recommendations and changes. Part of this role will involve some travel to the other locations across the country.


As the successful HR Business Partner, you will have experience within a generalist HRBP role within a larger organisation. You will be confident to approach and advise senior stakeholders of the business, and often challenge the status-quo. You will be people focused and have a clear passion to make a change within the company being a solutionist with great ideas!


Requirements:

  • Experience in a HR Business Partner capacity giving complex HR advice ideally within Financial Services (Professional Services and another large organisation will be considered).
  • Experience with change and transformation projects
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to influence change with senior leaders and stakeholders within the business
  • Strong knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in executing change and successfully making a difference
  • Knowledge of GDPR and legislation
  • Great customer service skills, experience within a customer facing environment beneficial
  • Ability to quickly adapt and provide solutions
  • Strong knowledge and experience of generalist HR including - employee relations, TUPE, talent management and succession planning, performance management and organisational change
