We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for a renowned Financial Services company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking and diverse company that takes great pride in delivering high levels of customer service.

As the appointed HR Manager, you will be influential and have a clear passion for the development and needs of your employees. You will be confident to challenge senior stakeholders of the business and drive change in a positive way. You will have experience managing a team of administrators, supporting, and encouraging their growth and development. You will be approachable and self-assured nature and be a process driven solutionist.

The role

  • Managing and overseeing the delivery of HR Administration for employee lifecycle's from beginning to end - onboarding and offboarding
  • Leading and managing a team of HR Coordinators, ensuring that their needs are met and developing and inspiring them throughout
  • Support on annual cyclical processes - pay, bonuses and benefits
  • Oversee the development and training of the wider HR team and other company employees
  • Monitor employee performance including attendance and sick leave
  • Handling and advising on disciplinary processes and grievances
  • Advise on a variety of HR practices, supporting on the management of day-to-day functions of HR
  • Build and maintain relationships with other functions within the business and wider HR team including payroll

Requirements

  • A strong generalist HR background and experience
  • Proven experience working on an organisational change programme
  • Experience in HR Management within Financial Services (large organisation or Professional Services will also be considered)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills from entry to senior level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Vast knowledge on Legislation and Employment Law
  • Great ability to work effectively by prioritising time and deadlines
  • Experience using Lean Six Sigma techniques and similar process driven techniques
