We are delighted to be recruiting for a well established manufacturing employer based in the Norwich area who are looking for a new HR Advisor to join their HR team. This is an exciting and fast moving business who are going through a period of change.

As the site HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR manager as part of a team of 4 to support on all HR matters. With responsibility for the full range of HR activities, you will support managers in the following

·Advice, Guidance, Support and coaching for managers on Policies & process
·Employee relations - The managers lead on this with support of HR
·Support managed Payroll system in absence and MI reporting
·Recruitment, selection and on boarding
·Lead site apprentices, Liaising with suppliers and supporting apprentices

We seek a candidate who is CIPD level 5 minimum or working towards, with previous experience within a HR generalist/Advisory level role. A Background within a blue collar environment would be an advantage. If this sounds like the role for you, please apply now!
